Forno Delicato is a unique product made from fireclay which is used to line kilns and furnaces due to its ability to withstand very high temperatures making them very durable. It is manually pressed into metal molds followed by a colored clay paste pressed into the wet clay creating a surface that is highly variable and richly nuanced.
